Our Mission

It is our mission as professionals to provide the best quality of life for those entrusted to us.  We are a community of concerned professionals working together to provide the best quality of life for those entrusted to us.  We accomplish this mission by maintaining high standards of care for all, in a home-like atmosphere, which addresses their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.  We encourage residents and families to participate in making decisions about their daily routines and ask for resident and family involvement in social activities.

The staff of our Continuous Care Community provide a full continuum of cost effective services for the people of the area by successfully working together as a team.  Mother of Mercy is recognized for the quality of care provided in its programs and it is also recognized as a choice employer in the community

We Picture Our Values As...

People - We take pride in our Catholic Heritage while providing
services to members of all faiths.
Integrity - We treat everyone with honesty, compassion, and respect.
Communication - We use open and honest communication as a means
of coordinating our efforts to improve our work environment.
Teamwork - We work together to respond to our constantly changing environment.
Uniqueness - We strive for excellence by supporting and giving
                back to our surrounding community.
Resources - We practice good stewardship of all the assets available
to us to do our work including financial, human, and physical resources.
Each - We treat all who live and work here as family.
Service - We serve others as a means of enriching our own lives as
well as those lives entrusted to us.

Our Appreciation

Mother of Mercy Campus of Care, Mercy Manor and Mercy Manor II, and the Mother of Mercy Foundation owe much their success to our volunteer Board of Directors who give of their time so that our community can be proud of what we offer. Many thanks go to current board members as well as several other past members.

We are very proud of our skilled and dedicated staff who work around the clock everyday of the year. Many of our staff have remained at Mother of Mercy Campus of Care for over 15 years to care for your family and friends. We’d like to express our appreciation to all our dedicated staff and especially those who have remained at Mother of Mercy for over 15 years. We are grateful to our staff and can never say enough thanks for all their hard work. Our volunteers, many of whom are here nearly daily helping in the chapel and beauty shop, provide music entertainment, play cards, visit, drive bus and help with various events are an invaluable part of the service we offer. The lives of those they touch are enriched so fully. We appreciate all the volunteers and welcome more generous hearts and hands at any time. We are very proud of our active Auxiliary members whose dedication provides useful equipment and support. Mother of Mercy Campus of Care has been blessed throughout the years by individuals who continually make donations to Mother of Mercy that assist in continuing the legacy of quality care. We welcome all varieties of donations. Without these donations Mother of Mercy’s legacy could not be possible.
